- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) with 5+ year market impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Mentor junior technologists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotechnology, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
