Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or MBA with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic plans with measurable impact on business growth
- Expertise in exponential technology trends and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade, @RISK)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 15+
