Responsibilities

- Architect real-time quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing fault-tolerant quantum systems with demonstrated scalability
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting, photonic, or topological qubit systems
