Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in innovation management or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and future trend analysis
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CEIM, PDMA) strongly preferred
