- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on future-tech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or emerging tech frameworks
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in hyper-growth environments
- Deep network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and venture capital
