Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel quantum error correction protocols to enhance system reliability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into functional quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at premier quantum conferences
- Contribute to intellectual property strategy through patent development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research
- Strong background in quantum information theory and entanglement protocols
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, D-Wave)
