Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant architectures
- Demonstrated success in securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA)
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or superconducting qubits
- Experience leading quantum software development teams with measurable outputs
