Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and IP
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
- Partner with industry leaders to deploy quantum solutions in production environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Expertise in machine learning integration with quantum systems
