Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations including quantum AI integration and carbon-neutral systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and industry specialists
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and partnership proposals
- Drive patent development with 15+ annual filings in emerging tech domains
- Present findings at global forums like Web Summit and CES
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum research from prototype to production
- Expertise in at least two: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Strong portfolio of commercialized technologies or open-source projects
- Experience securing government grants and corporate partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
