Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant architectures for enterprise-scale deployment by 2026
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead qubit stability initiatives targeting >99.99% coherence rates
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic system integration
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to Shor's algorithm attacks
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or HPC systems
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and error correction
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Certification in quantum cryptography (e.g., NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
