- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations and competitive threats
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through internal tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI governance, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Innovation, Systems Thinking, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or foresight publications
