Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI implementation
- Produce ethics impact reports for executive stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Public Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, responsible AI, or tech ethics
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Experience with explainable AI tools (SHAP, LIME, Counterfactuals)
