Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for commercial applications
- Lead architecture development for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)

- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
