- Represent company at global futurism conferences and industry forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PMP)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
