Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Establish and maintain global networks with futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps for next-generation product/service launches
- Mentor innovation teams on futures thinking methodologies and strategic agility
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory landscapes, and sustainability imperatives affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level strategic briefings
- Track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience building and leading global innovation networks
