Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Present architectural blueprints to CTOs and technology investors
- Drive innovation in quantum cloud platform development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Proven track record of designing scalable quantum systems at 100+ qubit scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in cybersecurity and cryptographic protocols
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
