Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with evolving international regulations
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models before deployment
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI transparency and explainability initiatives
- Establish compliance protocols for autonomous systems and generative AI outputs
- Advocate for inclusive design practices across all AI development pipelines
- Represent the company at global AI ethics forums and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI roles
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and evolving US regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (Aequitas, IBM Fairness 360)
- Experience with model explainability techniques (SHAP, LIME)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Data Privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CEMAI)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
