Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI systems, ensuring alignment with the company's 2026 roadmap.
- System Design: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance machine learning pipelines and data architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale LLMs and neural networks to ensure real-time latency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable engineering requirements.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust governance frameworks for AI safety, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a Senior Architect or Lead AI role.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Mastery: Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision models.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architectural debt.
