Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines designed for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on alignment and safety.
- Define the technical roadmap for autonomous agents and generative AI systems.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex 2026 vision into technical specifications.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and ethical compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or neuromorphic hardware is a plus.
