Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced AI and machine learning models aligned with the company's 2026 strategic vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and scalable cloud architecture.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and refine the long-term AI product roadmap.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into our core platform.
- Ensure all AI systems are designed with robust security, privacy, and ethical AI guidelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML development.
- Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, C++).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and neural network optimization.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth tech startup or enterprise environment.
