Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement high-performance, scalable ML infrastructure for 2026-era applications using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures, optimizing inference latency and throughput.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a diverse team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum ML, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our roadmap where applicable.
- System Optimization: Implement MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment processes.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in designing complex machine learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact AI products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders and executive leadership.
