Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and future-proofing for 2026 standards.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, distributed AI systems capable of processing real-time data streams and executing complex autonomous tasks.
- Model Development: Lead a team of researchers and engineers in developing proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- R&D Leadership: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and accountability in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Generative AI: Proven track record of working with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
