Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces according to client specifications
- Manage guest check-in and registration processes efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and address attendee inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution
- Monitor inventory and supplies during events
- Assist with emergency protocols and safety procedures
- Complete detailed post-event reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Available for weekend and evening shifts (minimum 2 weekends/month)
- Previous event/conference or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of event setup equipment helpful
