- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on common user challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
