Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting via phone and email.
- Onboard new clients to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
- Document customer feedback and report technical issues to the development team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
- Participate in daily team meetings to align on goals and share best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
