Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while handling difficult customer situations.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
- Participate in daily team meetings and performance reviews to track personal and company goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
