Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 20-30 active clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to train new users on our platform features and best practices.
- Act as the primary technical support liaison, resolving escalated issues and bugs efficiently.
- Monitor account health and proactively reach out to clients to discuss upsell opportunities and renewals.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback based on client needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, technical support, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15-25 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends if required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
