Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve product issues and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
