- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product information and order status.
- Resolve Issues: Professionally handle complaints and troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and new orders within our CRM system.
- Build Rapport: Maintain a positive, professional demeanor to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly tone.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and typing.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends if required.
