Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in overnight shift environments
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in high-pressure situations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license required
