Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas for optimal workflow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Process inbound shipments and update inventory databases in real-time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed)
