Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations and team coordination
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Maintain strict safety and quality control standards
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members

- Generate accurate shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug test required
