Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and coordinate 5-7 person team during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Process shipments and maintain accurate documentation systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems promptly
- Conduct end-of-shift reporting and handover procedures
- Train new temporary staff on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required
