Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Resolve operational challenges in real-time while maintaining quality control
- Coordinate cross-departmental handoffs for weekend-to-weekday transitions
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews for weekend staff
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Manage weekend-specific inventory replenishment and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics environment
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-pressure weekend operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays (10am-6pm)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Minnesota driver's license required
