Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless operational transitions
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during off-hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
