We're seeking a detail-oriented supervisor to oversee our night shift warehouse operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate 15+ night shift team members in daily warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management systems and ensure accurate stock reconciliation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
- Train staff on new equipment and operational procedures
- Manage order fulfillment and shipping/receiving workflows
- Generate performance reports and maintain digital documentation systems
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency required
- Advanced knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
