Responsibilities
- Manage 15-person night shift team, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate with logistics for seamless operations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors
- Train new hires on warehouse protocols and equipment operation
- Generate shift reports and communicate with day management
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP experience preferred)
- Available for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts, including weekends
