Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members in warehouse operations
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for night shift activities
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational issues during peak night-time hours
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and digital tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven night shift supervisory background required
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Strong knowledge of WMS inventory systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
