Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, stock, and materials using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and strictly within OSHA guidelines.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Portland facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
