Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and care.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to attendance are essential.
- License: Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
