Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors in strict accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using our state-of-the-art WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Ensure the warehouse area remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing packages to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
