Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff, including task delegation and performance monitoring
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handover
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and escalate technical issues
- Generate daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Valid forklift certification required
