Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and relocate materials within the facility.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
