Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment using packing and labeling systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and checking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Forklift certification (if applicable to role) is a strong asset.
