Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory and materials.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and valid identification.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and tracking shipments.
