Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes with precision and speed during night shifts.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations and inventory status.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in accordance with shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or similar).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
