Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during night shift operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily safety audits and equipment checks
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional shipping/receiving processes
- Train new hires on SOPs and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Submit performance reports to management team
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain experience
- 1+ years supervisory or lead experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in WMS software (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Mon-Fri
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
