Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels in the warehouse.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict safety guidelines.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
