Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Load and unload freight trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Operate warehouse management software and handheld scanning devices.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
