Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and process incoming shipments during night shift hours
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for next-day deliveryOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely following OSHA standards
- Maintain inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain organized workstations
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced overnight environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
